    Responsibilities

    The Asset Protection Manager is responsible for performing TLE quality control evaluations throughout the system, completing audits and recommending remedial measures in the event of sub-standard Brand representation. Additionally, the Asset Protection Manager will support the Company by assessing and managing safety and security concerns, including day to day operational crisis management and risk assessment.

    • Ability to produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
    • Maintains knowledge of industry trends and insures innovation and best practices
    • Recommend and perform financial audits for centers demonstrating financial or performance irregularities
    • Work collaboratively with VP of Asset Protection and other TLE Department Heads to assess risk to the Brand, suggest remediation or punitive procedures to minimize risk
    • Design and implement safety and security procedures for corporate and center level emergency preparedness, including surfacing new products and techniques
    • Recommend remedial training or punitive measures to senior and executive management for any center performing outside of the brand standard
    • Assist with quality control and evaluation visits as needed

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice  or related field
    • Ability to interact with the public and other employees in a positive manner and promote a cooperative working environment
    • Consistently sets the example of professional appearance and standards of behavior
    • Able to form and maintain effective partnerships across organizational boundaries
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills (including public speaking)
    • Willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities and demonstrate flexibility
    • Capable of exhibiting decision-making authority and exercising sound judgement in matters of independent discretion
    • Self-starter – Able to find the people and information resources required for successful completion of projects
    • Coordinates several projects at the same time while prioritizing competing demands on time frames
    • Must be willing and able to travel extensively to perform audits, inspections, and risk management and analysis
