    The Franchise Sales Development Leader is responsible for the strategic growth and development of the Learning Experience franchise centers.


    • Sets the strategy for developing a deep pipeline of potential qualified franchisees in support of our vast expansion plans
    • Proactively pursues and cultivates new and existing relationships through a variety of channels both online and on the ground including digital media, trade shows and other avenues for networking
    • Manages and develops a team to execute the strategic plans broadly and bringing the process to completion
    • Leverages the Marketing team to launch new strategic initiatives to increase lead generation, develop qualified prospects and ultimately grant licenses to the highest quality franchisees
    • Partners with the Real Estate team to stay in front of and manage the sales pipeline, continually tracking progress against goals and exceeding plan
    • Educates prospects about The Learning Experience through Discovery Days- sharing our brand story, vision and values and selling the opportunity
    • Interviews and assess potential franchisees for both performance and fit through the selection committee process
    • Guides prospects through the center development process including- approvals, financing, operations, and development agreements
    • Ensures a smooth handoff to internal teams once the grant takes place, and continues to engage with new franchisees


    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field and/or relative work experience
    • 15+ years of demonstrated franchise sales success
    • Ability to leverage an established/significant network across multiple industries
    • Effective communicator with demonstrated success in building relationships with franchisees and executive management 
    • Highly creative, enthusiastic, growth oriented and self-motivated
    • Experience using CRM systems to track and manage pipeline
