    Responsibilities

    • Develops learning solutions to elevate talent, transfer knowledge and build skills across The Learning Experience for employees and our network of franchise childcare centers.
    • Responsible for the delivery of high-quality instructional design work, leveraging internal resources and using effective project management methodologies.
    • Implement a comprehensive suite of new and existing development solutions, including instructor-led, web-based, performance coaching, and blended instruction
    • Creates ‘learning tracks’ for all roles with defined paths of content, courses, and objectives, accompanied by methodology to track progress along the learning journey.
    • Brings a network of ideas and best practices to the role and draws upon these to deliver the most innovative development solutions.
    • Consults on implementation strategies with strategic stakeholders and decision makers to ensure successful adoption.
    • Pro-actively identifies learning needs through assessments, presenting recommendations and developing learning and performance solutions to address gaps.
    • Partners with Talent Strategy to build and align talent and performance management processes, ensuring integration with our organization’s strategic plan.
    • Communicates and negotiate with outside vendors to produce, ensuring deliverables are met and are of high caliber.
    • Applies a growth mindset to all learning systems: Uses data to analyze and effectively measure programs; improves and iterates on existing solutions and processes.
    • Facilitates training and conducts “train the trainer” sessions with internal client groups to effectively implement new programs as we grow and scale.
    • Oversees the administration of our Learning Management System.

     

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Education, Management, Organizational Development or a related field.
    • 7+ years experience in training and development and/or organizational development, including curriculum design, development, and instruction.
    • Preferred experience in childcare industry, franchise organization, and field operations
    • Ability to travel at up to 30%.
