    Responsibilities

     

    • Develops learning solutions that will elevate talent across the company- to both new and existing employees and within our network of childcare centers
    •  Applies a growth mindset to all learning systems: Uses data to analyze and effectively measure programs; improves and iterates on existing solutions and processes
    •  Oversees the innovation and administration of a Learning Management System
    •  Responsible for the delivery of high-quality instructional design work, leveraging internal resources and using effective project management methodologies
    •  Implements a comprehensive suite of new learning solutions, including instructor-led, web-based, performance coaching, and blended instruction methods
    •  Creates ‘learning tracks’ for all roles with defined paths of content, courses, and objectives, accompanied track mechanisms to guide progress along the learning journey
    •  Conducts needs analyses with stakeholders and decision makers. Presents recommendations to address skill gaps, then manages each initiative to successful implementation and adoption
    •  Partners with Talent Strategy function to build and align talent and performance processes, integrating with our strategic plans.
    •  Communicates and negotiates with outside vendors ensuring deliverables are met and are of high caliber  
    •  Facilitates training and conducts “train the trainer” sessions with internal client groups to effectively implement new programs as we grow and scale

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Education, Management, Organizational Development or a related field

    • Experience in training and development and/or organizational development, including curriculum design, development, and instruction

    • Preferred experience in childcare industry, franchise organization, and field operations

    • Brings a wealth of ideas and best practices to the role and draws upon these to deliver the most innovative development solutions

    • Ability to travel up to 30%
