    Responsibilities

     

    The Franchise Sales Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying new sales leads to support the VP of Franchise Sales. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists.

     

    • Develop new business via multiple channels (social media, email, telephone, networking events, etc.) to identify qualified Franchisees within the target markets
    • Conduct research to identify potential prospects
    • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel
    • Follow up on all leads to closure
    • Partner with the VP of Franchise Sales and leadership team to develop and grow the sales pipeline consistently meeting quarterly revenue goals
    • Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, accurate including related documentation
    • Represent the organization through leading and attending meetings with potential franchisees
    • Initiate relationships with newly identified franchisees and promotes current available sites for potential sales
    • Contact former leads in CRM database for upcoming market sites near completion
    • Maintain current reports on site availability, upcoming leases ensuring that inventory is effectively matched to new franchisees
    • Attend industry Franchise events

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years’ experience in a franchise organization. Experience in inside sales/marketing
    • Brings a network of prospects from which to draw upon.
    • Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales and activity goals
    • Ability to develop and foster strong client relationships
    • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
    • High level of knowledge and experience using network databases, and Microsoft Office
