    The Regional Vice President, Operations has oversight for a portfolio of franchise and company-owned The Learning Experience centers within a specified region.


    The Regional Vice President, Operations personifies the following characteristics and demonstrates essential skills and capabilities to be a successful leader:


    • Team Builder- Builds a positive, collaborative team environment with a focus on continuous improvement, growth and learning. Motivates, engages and empowers others to develop solutions that drive business results

    • Talent Champion- Leads by example, promotes a sense of urgency to exceed customer expectations. Provides coaching and mentoring to a team of Regional Managers and Franchisees to inspire others to realize their leadership potential

    • Customer Advocate- Intensely focuses on exceeding our customer’s expectations every day. Regularly interfaces with TLE families to increase engagement, satisfaction and retention. Actively networks and build relationships within our communities, consistently finding opportunities to promote our brand

    • Strong Collaborator- Consults with the Senior Vice President to establish short and long-range business plans for centers within the region. Creates bold, progressive plans with teams to set and achieve goals. Serves as liaison between Centers, Regional leadership and Corporate office support teams

    • Demonstrates Presence and Awareness- Visits markets regularly to examine operations and ensures Centers are following health and safety laws, licensing regulations, and our operating guidelines. Proactively finds ways to mitigate risk

    • Critical Thinker- Consistently analyzes center data, identifies opportunities, and influences others to actively focus on operational improvements and new initiatives designed to drive growth. Consistently monitors center performance, in context of the greater portfolio and the Early Childcare industry, identifying trends, outliers and best practices

    • Dynamic Communicator- Ensures company-wide initiatives are well communicated and executed, while soliciting feedback for continuous improvement.


    • Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree

    • Multi-unit Management/Functional Experience – 10+ years

    • Proven track record of people development, exceeding sales and profit goals, and driving growth

    • This position will be based out of our World Headquarters in Deerfield Beach, Florida and will require extensive travel.
