    We are searching for an amazing Human Resources Coordinator to help serve our employees and contribute to the overall employee experience at The Learning Experience. 






    Administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.


    Compliance with Federal and State legislation pertaining to all employment matters


    Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations. 


    Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.


    Performs customer service functions responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.


    Conducts audits and reconcilations of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.

    Have excellent  communications skills (including public speaking) in English


    Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.


    Coordinates several projects at the same time while prioritizing competing demands, and is organized and detailed.


    Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and insures compliance.




    Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or appropriate equivalent from an accredited university.


    Advanced computer literacy required with proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word.


    Minimum 3 years of human resources experience.


    Experience in employee benefit management, ACA compliance, policy and procedure improvement, and Recruiting


    Experience with HR technologies, databases and HRIS systems (e.g. ADP)


    Payroll experience a plus
