    Responsibilities

    The foundation of The Learning Experience® was built on three key educational and care principles: cognitive, physical, and social; or as we say at TLE®, "learnplay, and grow!"

    • Collaborates with marketing department on new campaigns and social media strategies
    • Primary contact with current and potential parents
    • Makes outbound calls to individuals requesting more information
    • Conducts effective tours to potential families to drive enrollment
    • Builds new relationships with community and business leaders (Housing Communities, Chamber of Commerce, Local Businesses)
    • Manages payroll
    • Handles parent billings and collections
    • Ensures state compliance and record keeping
    • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

    Qualifications

    • Eligibility to meet one of the following State of Illinois credential requirements:
      • Minimum of an Associates degree in early childhood / child development and 3 hours of an administrative/business course or Level 1 Gateway Director Credential
      • Minimum of 60 credit hours with 21 hours in early childhood or child development and 3 hours of an administrative/business course or Level 1 Director credential
    • 3 years of successful management experience, preferably with a concentration in sales or marketing
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Solid business acumen, management, analytical, and problem-thinking skills
    • Ability and willingness to work a flexible full-time schedule that may include weekends and holidays
    • Must be able to provide own transportation to various locations in organizational service areas, as required by duties
    • Must be 18 years or older
