                                                                    Director of Franchise Marketing Communications


    The Learning Experience is the fastest-growing childcare operator and franchisor in the United States. The Director of Franchise Marketing Communications is a key member of the marketing leadership team, providing strategic guidance and leadership with a focus on creating marketing initiatives designed to drive enrollment growth, increase customer retention, and build brand positioning.



    • Oversees marketing communications, in all formats, for the field organization
    • Sets the strategic vision and direction for communication cadence and messaging to the field teams
    • Empowers center management with tools and resources that will drive enrollment and retention
    • Serve as a lead on the ‘brand awareness fund’ committee, to support media initiatives
    • Identify market opportunities and strategize/collaborate with the Brand marketing team to implement initiatives to fuel growth.
    • Monitor and evaluate areas of opportunity and process improvements for execution of marketing initiatives such as competitive intelligence, creative requests and social media content planning.
    • Collaborate with Learning and Development team to develop and present relevant marketing materials and tools
    • Project manage key initiatives and collaborate across the organization to ensure flawless execution
    • Evaluate initiatives, present analyses and provide hindsight on areas of future opportunity.
    • Interpret data / trends and make recommendations for improvement, measuring the impact of regional marketing initiatives on revenue and profit.
    • Build and maintain effective partnerships across the company, continually collaborating with other departments.






    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
    • 5+ years of field marketing experience in a franchise system
    • At least two years leading and developing a field marketing team.
    • At least one year of experience with managing and executing digital / social media channels.
    • Advanced computer literacy required with proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
