The Enrollment Coordinator drives enrollment by serving as the initial point of contact and information source for prospective families who have submitted interest in our service offering, either through on-line inquiries or phone calls.

  1. Deliver exceptional customer care and consistently seek to provide potential customers with best in class representation of the TLE brand.
  2. Work to establish a trusting relationship with prospective families and sell the brand’s offerings to drive enrollment.
  3. Proactively provide enrollment and program information to prospective families, guiding them through the enrollment process.
  4. Follow-up with prospective families by phone and email. Maintain ongoing communication as needed to secure enrollment.
  5. Ensure accuracy of information by inputting families’ information into our CRM/lead tracking system.
  6. Accurately document daily enrollment driving efforts and registrations and create weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports on pre-enrollment numbers as needed.
  7. Represent TLE at promotional events, trade shows and community outreach efforts as requested.


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Associates Degree in Business or related field of study with two years of successful experience or High School Diploma and five years successful experience in a customer service setting.
  • At least one year of sales experience; call center experience strongly preferred.
  • Must be well organized and detail oriented.
  • Must be able to provide own transportation to various locations in organizational service areas, as required by duties.
  • Must be 18 years or older
