The Field Operations Manager is a cross-functional leader primarily responsible for the implementation of programs and strategic goals for centers in a specific territory. This is the perfect opportunity for a high-performing Center Director to gain the skills for entry into multi-unit management! Prefer candidates based in the Houston area, but will consider Dallas as well. 


  1. Leads field programs and initiatives from launch through sustainment. 
  2. Collaborates with corporate departments to create, roll-out and implement new programs and marketing strategies. Supports / Leads community outreach efforts including “Work & Family” initiatives and relationships
  3. Supports / Leads new center set up according to plans / specifications.
  4. Supports / Leads the training of staff on curriculum, marketing, IT programs and other initiatives.
  5. Asses, coach and influence center leadership to ensure sustained improvements, behaviors and results.
  6. Builds trust and rapport with, Franchisee’s and Corporate personnel while serving as a business consultant and ensuring best practices are followed at all levels.
  7. Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes.
  8. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  9. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.



To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor Degree in business, or appropriate equivalent from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong project management
  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid business acumen, management, analytical, and problem-thinking skills.
  • Multi-Unit Operations, i.e. hotel, restaurant, and /or franchise concepts
